Anotace

The goal of the course is to provide students with formally standardized knowledge and application skills in the area of information and communication technologies (ICT) of an adequate range.


Knowledge: The student can name and describe the use of fundamental ICT resources including computer networks. They know common SW equipment of personal computers and they can use fundamental programs and technologies common in practice.


Skills: The student can use and use the Windows OS and its file system and can set it on the basic level. The student can use the office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint on an advanced level. The student can efficiently work with the Internet, electronic mail, an antivirus program, and a graphics editor.


Competences: The student can cope with the fundamental ICT requirements of follow-up courses. In practice, they will understand the employer’s infrastructure quickly and they will start using it actively soon.
