Anotace

In this course, students get a general knowledge on the basic measurement devices, measurement methods, circuits for signal processing and convertors. Specific attention is paid to expression of the measurement uncertainty. Part of the subject is dedicated to the description of the physical principles and performance of the most common sensors of physical quantities. Based on the examples of the processing of signal from these sensors, main measurement methods are demonstrated. Students can verify the theoretical knowledge during laboratory exercises.
