Anotace
The aim of the course is to deepen the students' knowledge in the field of financial analysis and financial management of enterprises in relation to the knowledge gained by the previous study of the subjects of Business economics and Accounting. The lectures are aimed at deepening the theoretical knowledge in the area of business finance analysis so that students can use them in practicing examples and studies in seminars and can be used in practice.
Knowledge: The student can explain the procedures and methods by which the financial situation of the company can be assessed. He is also able to describe the procedures and indicators he has adopted in his corporate finance analyzes.
Skills: Students can analyze and manage short-term and long-term funding, analyze and decide on investment and investment plans, including the assessment of the economic efficiency of investments. He is also able to apply basic methods of financial analysis and financial planning in the company.
General competencies: Students are able to decide independently and responsibly on corporate finance and also communicate their views to their colleagues and future colleagues.
