Anotace
The aim of the course is to provide fundamentals of the decision making theory and its application in management. This theory is designed to help the individual person or firm make a choice among a set of pre-specified alternatives considering various types of criteria. The course covers the situations with the decision making under risk and uncertainty, multicriteria decision making and group decision making. Various techniques and mathematical models for decision support will be presented.
