Anotace

The goal of the course is to develop students’ practice in the business decision making. The course is the application of knowledge and skills acquired during students´ studies in the processing of the individual project. Project activity takes place in English language. Student will develop his/her critical, analytical and diagnostic skills within the overall economic framework and solve business problems.


Learning outcomes: After passing the subject student is able to integrate his/her knowledge obtained in specialized subjects, informatics and foreign languages, to apply his/her skills and to work with professional literature, internet and legal standards. Student is able to solve business problems. Student also develops presentation skills while presenting the results of their project in English using ICT.


Skills: Student can analyse business relationships and linkages, design an appropriate form of business entity, review assets and capital structure of the company. Student is able to analyse financial results, ways of funding company activities and enterprise cash cycle. He/she acquires the skill of working in an international team.


General capability: Student is able to integrate his/her knowledge obtained in different subjects   and he/she is able to solve basic problems related to starting business.
