Anotace
The course presents the Balanced Scorecard method (“BSC”), the progressive tool for business performance measurement. The evolution of the BSC is described at the beginning of the course. The following lectures focus on each of the four basic perspectives - financial perspective, customer perspective, internal processes, learning and growth perspective.
