Anotace

The course aims to familiarize students with basic knowledge Human Resource Management and to create a basis for solving the basic situations from this area. The lectures are focused on the interpretation of basic concepts, contexts and causes of selected economic phenomena. Seminars are dedicated to practice of individual topics on specific examples. Knowledge: Student is able to describe the subject of Human Resource Management and understands the importance of Human Resource Management for success and development of teams and organisations. Student also can identify main activities of Human Resource Management and explain their fundamentals. Student will possess the basic knowledge for successful team leading and teamwork, so as for basic practical situation such as selection of new workers. Skills: Student is able to manage basic situation in Human Resource Management, as well as to work in team and to work with his own motivation. The student is able to participate on selecting a new employees, is able to manage basic communication situations. The student is able to view the economic decisions in the organisations and their results in the context of Human Resource Management. The student will be ready for fundamental situations which may happen in Human Resource Management and is able to solve them. General competencies: Student is able to work and to make decisions on his/her own, he/she is able to create and interpret his/her own opinions.
