Anotace
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge of project management and its main techniques. The course covers all important fields of project management - from the initial framework of organizational behaviour and structure (as determinants of a project success) to the planning, scheduling and controlling project processes. It tackled the following main themes: project management concepts and definitions, organizational structures, organizing and staffing the project team, planning and planning techniques, and pricing and cost control.
